Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Approves Reston’s Tallest Tower

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved revised plans for Reston’s tallest tower on 1760 Reston Parkway and it will be at least 125-feet taller than any of its neighbors.  Akridge, a comprehensive real estate services company that has invested in the Washington Metropolitan area for over four decades, will develop 23-story. 420,000 square-foot trophy office tower with 15,000 square feet of retail space, dramatic 6-story atrium, 8 high-speed elevators and 3 to 1,000 square foot parking ratio.
